X-Tinction Agenda (1990)
X-Tinction Agenda (1990) is a crossover event that ties in Uncanny X-men (1963), X-Factor (1986), and New Mutants (1983). This event happens shortly after Inferno (1989) and also seeks to tie up some loose ends while also providing the seeds for future stories to grab from, which brings me to my main complaint about the story. This story feels like it has nothing to offer on its own. The anti-mutant nation of Genosha is shown and the various X-Men characters are either being kidnapped or saving the ones that were kidnapped. This feels like an awkward middle story that does not have much to offer. I am a huge X-Men fan, but this story was honestly a drag and was at times hard to pick up and continue. Its not that interesting and does not have much to offer in the grand scheme of things. The reason it was picked up in the first place is because it is part of Marvel's X-Men Milestone collection and was the next book after Inferno (1989), which feels especially bad because I cannot recommend that story enough. Honestly, my recommendation is to stay away from this one unless you have some goal to read all the Milestones or events, or you are already reading one of these series.
