Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters (2021)

Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters (2021) is an epic crossover event that combines all the mainline Star Wars comics (Star Wars, Doctor Aphra, Darth Vader, Bounty Hunter, etc.) to tell a story of warring factions fighting for the right to get the prize of a lifetime... Han Solo frozen in carbonite. Everybody wants him, but only one can have him. This story is really good if you keep up with all the mainline stories and are just continuing to read them. However, I cannot recommend this event if you have not done so. Ultimately, it is a pretty weak story by itself since we know the outcome of Solo's fate because of Return of the Jedi, so unless you are REALLY curious about what Boba Fett was doing in between 5 and 6 (which its really not worth buying a book for, just trust me) it is not worth hopping in with this story as a starting point. The best thing this story does is set up for the next Star Wars comic event Crimson Reign (2022) which so far has already shown more promise in its intro than the entirety of the War of the Bounty Hunters did.
